New 'bus' service

This new premiere service is quite good, altho some might baulk at forking over 5 bucks a trip. I dun mind because i dun have to change from bus to train then walk. This service even has an onboard bus aunty lady to greet and guide you to a seat (note, no standing hor) and this morning even got free bottle of water. :) she even dictates the radio channel that we listen to, classical, so that we get to work in the right frame of mind. I haven't been this pampered by the morning bus since kindergarten. (Disclaimer: zeenie not morning person)

Weekend with Jeanie

Jeanie's new ride
Originally uploaded by zeenie
Quite a busy weekend, but yet found the time to take my baby to the groomers. She looked a bit hesitant to go into the shop at first but warmed up. Went hunting for light bulbs while waiting, and managed to squeeze in a quick visit to the red dot museum. Definitely worthwhile going, especially on every first weekend of the month, where there is a bazaar for people to sell stuff that they made. =)

There was a nice tray table thingie which was kinda pricey and bulky, but served the purpose of using the laptop in bed without having a backache. Yet to consider, and who said Singaporeans are not innovative?

Picked up a clean and fluffy dog from the groomers and she was absolutely prancing about while walking to the car, tail in the air, chin up high, big grin plastered on her face. She's such a darling. We even found time to visit Snowy the Husky, who wasn't too pleased that we went without warning her, and she was having a bad hair day, compared to my princess fresh from her groomers. LOL Definitely some bitch-talk going on there. Ha!

Today was also the first time that she took a ride in our new car. WW thinks that she likes it, i am not so sure. She did sleep in the car on the way back (tiring day afterall) so it was a smooth ride then. =)

Sleepy head

Just woke up from a nap that I was thankful to do so, 'cos I managed to get a seat on the train ride back and promptly fell asleep. Didn't wake up until it reached the end of the line, and if not for some kind stranger who tapped me on the shoulder, I would have continued sleeping, and then wake up where I started, and dun laugh, I have done it before!. Man, was I tired or what!?
